  • Where are you located?
    We are located in Jamaica.
  • What currency are your prices listed in?
    Prices are listed in USD.
  • Do you sell wholesale?
    No, we do not. But if you are interested in making a bulk purchase, please contact us at kolourmehealed@gmail.com.
  • How can I open a new account?
    First click on the new account link. This link is on the top of the home page, or click here for a direct link. Follow the instructions, please don't forget to fill out all the required fields. After this step, within 24 hours, you should receive an e-mail stating your login name and your new password, then login into your account and start shopping.
  • Do I have to open an account to purchase from your website?
    No, you do not. You can shop on our website as a Guest, or you can make an account to make your purchases easier and to receive store credit, and other promotional information.
  • How do I update my account information?
    To update your account information, login into your account and click again in account login to change your shipping, billing or e-mail address.
  • I do not receive any emails from your website, how come?
    Please first check your spam folder. Please check your spam rule and include this e-mail address, or accept any e-mail from kolourmehealed@gmail.com.
  • I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
    If you have forgotten your password, click here, then enter your login name and click on the submit button.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Within Jamaica: Estimated next day to 7 days. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19, transportation issues, customs, or weather conditions. Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery. Internationally: Estimated to be delivered within 7–25 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19, transportation issues, customs, or weather conditions. Please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for delivery.
  • How do you handle international shipping?
    We use the Jamaica Postal Service or a courier (based on weight and availability) for all of our international orders. Please note that all of our global customers must assume responsibility for their packages’ customs fees. In addition, as soon as your package leaves our workshop, Kolour Me Healed no longer has control over it. You must get in touch with your local carrier if you wish to find out your package’s status via the order tracking number we provide for you. Most of our international packages will arrive within 7-25 days. However, delivery might take as long as eight weeks in some countries. In addition, international customs offices have been known to detain packages for as many as 30 days at times.
  • I want to place another order, can I combine my shipments together?
    Please contact us at kolourmehealed@gmail.com immediately if you wish to combine your orders to save on shipping costs. We may need to charge a small amount to accommodate for additional weight and size of your order. However, we cannot guarantee your request will be seen via email before we send your shipment out.
  • How do you resolve the issue of lost packages?
    We don’t assume responsibility for any lost package, but we will do all we can to help you with locating your package if it becomes lost.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    Jamaica, Japan, USA, Canada
  • How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
    Orders will typically be processed within 7 business days. (Busy holiday seasons may be slightly longer.)
  • Who is responsible for Custom and import taxes?
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes on their purchases. We are not responsible for any delays or charges from customs. Please make sure before purchasing that your address is correct. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at kolourmehealed@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help!
  • My package says it's delivered, but it isn't here. What happened?
    Please check your order to make sure you entered the correct address. It could have been shipped to a previous/wrong address. Or make sure that no one has grabbed your mail. Also, your package could possibly say delivered but is actually still on the truck. If concerned, please contact us at kolourmehealed@gmail.com so we can see how best we can assist.
  • Do you offer refund or returns?
    Once you receive your order, we ask that you contact us within 7 days to discuss a return. After we provide return authorization, you’ll have up to 30 days from your delivery date to ship your order back to us. You’ll receive a full refund (shipping cost not included) or exchange once we receive your package, and it has been approved for a refund or exchange. All items should be in their original (or comparable) packaging and the same box or bubble mailer they arrived in (or a similar one). Your package to us should also include a copy of your original invoice, so we can identify your order. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • What do I do if I received the wrong item(s)?
    For any order enquiries, please email us at kolourmehealed@gmail.com with your order number and any photos to accompany your request before shipping your item back to us. Important Note: your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return item(s). All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate; we have tried to make sure that they are as accurate as possible to reflect the details and images listed online. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, colour variations and natural oddities that are part of their natural beauty and do not affect the individual quality or healing abilities.
  • Cleanse my crystal? What does that mean?
    When used for energy healing, crystals absorb and harmonise the negativity that you are trying to get rid of. With all that negative energy moving through the crystal, it is very important to frequently cleanse them to ensure that they are refreshed and ready to heal. One of the ways to cleanse all of your crystals is to use incense. Incense has been used for thousands of years to purify, cleanse and protect from negative energy fields. Incense can be used to cleanse, generate clarity and to invite happiness into a person, place or object. Another way to cleanse your crystals is with a sound bath. You can use a singing bowl or use cleansing sound videos from YouTube. This is one of the safest ways to cleanse crystals. Other ways to cleanse your crystals include putting them under moonlight or sunlight or running water. Some crystals react differently and can become toxic if placed in water for extended periods. So please research about each specific crystal before doing any cleansing.
  • Where do you source your crystals and are they ethically sourced?
    Our crystals are sourced all around the world. Specific continents and countries are known to be rich in certain minerals. Some locations are: Australia, India, Brazil, Morocco, China and more. Our goal is to work as closely with each exporter as possible to not only ensure the working conditions are ethical but also to bring the best quality and value to our customers. Unfortunately, there is no official mark or standard of ethical crystal trading practices. Still, our personal ethics and values mean we make a considerable effort to deal with exporters that align with our core values.
  • How to meditate with crystals for beginners?
    Welcome your healing crystal to your meditation by keeping it on your person during your practice. You can hold the stone in hand during meditation, or you can place it on a chakra that feels like it may be blocked in order to shift energy and bring about healing.
  • How to program crystals for beginners?
    The easiest way to program your crystals is to cleanse them first. Once cleansed, the stone is ready to sit with your own unique energy. You can program the crystal by holding it in your hand and asking what you want of it, or using mantras that support the crystal's energy and your needs. Afterwards, keep the stone on your person or wear it in jewellery form, so it attunes to your energy.

    Welcome to the world of crystals! We understand it can be an overwhelming experience choosing your first piece or wondering where to start. A good place to start is to see which crystal calls your name. Often the stones we are attracted to are the ones we should be working with. For a simple and easy step into crystals you can view our pre-made kits. We have created these to take some of the guess work out for you.
  • What size crystal is good for a beginner?
    Bigger crystals can be more powerful, so beginners may want to start with slightly smaller stones. Gemstone jewellery, tumbled stone sets, and worry stones are all great places to start. Larger crystal shapes and towers can be good to bring into the home, especially if you want soothing and calming crystals to lend that energy to your space.
  • How to charge crystals for beginners?
    Keeping your crystals charged is important if you want them to work at the height of their powers. Charging your crystals can be done as regularly as you feel is needed, or after a big energy session. You can charge your stones under the light of the moon, you can place them in earth, or you can leave them in the company of other big energy charging stones such as Clear Quartz and Selenite.

  • How to activate crystals for beginners?
    One of the best ways to activate your stone as a beginner is to simply be in its presence and have it close to your body. When you get your crystals home, you are best cleansing and charging them so that they start life with you, in tune with your energy. Then, simply wear your crystal jewellery or hold your crystals for a few minutes each day, so you can sync up your vibrations. Your crystal will naturally be activated by your own energy.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at kolourmehealed@gmail.com right away. However, please note that we are committed to making sure that our customers receive their orders as accurately and quickly as possible. For this reason, sometimes we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed with us and have already been shipped out.
