In addition to the cost of the product(s), Customers will be subject to shipping costs, except in special cases where a certain amount is spent at the time that a free shipping promotion is being offered. For example, if a customer spends over $100, they would qualify for free shipping for the duration of the promotion or offer. In such a case, Customers will only be charged for their product(s).
International Customers, in addition to their shipping cost, will be subject to a handling fee of $5 for extra packaging or additional transport in an attempt to have their products safely delivered to them without damage.
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is dependent on the weight of the Customer's entire order.
Customers are not charged any processing fee by Kolour Me Healed. However, they are responsible for any processing fee that is charged by their method of payment (for example, Credit Card or Paypal.)
We do not accept Konbini payments nor Cash on Delivery payments.
EXCHANGES & RETURN POLICY
Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website. Outside of that, If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. However, please note that we are committed to making sure that our customers receive their orders as accurately and quickly as possible. For this reason, sometimes we cannot alter or cancel orders once they have been placed with us and have already been shipped out.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been shipped.
Items after shipping: Items can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact us (email@example.com) within 7 days of the arrival of the item and that they are unused and remain in their packaging. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items if they are not in their original condition.
We are not responsible for any preferences and dissatisfaction regarding personal objective circumstances.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging or similar.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale/discounted items and special offer items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the return value.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damage/ Missing / Defective items, please report damaged, missing, or defective items within 48 hours. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The following are exempt from refunds:
Some health and personal care items
Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please do not send the product back without first contacting us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! Once we receive the item back and all conditions above are met, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items only (we will not refund shipping) and inform you via email. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Most refunds will be processed by our team within 7 business days of receiving the return. However, each financial institution is different, so we are unable to provide an exact timeline for which your refund will be completed. If you need specific information regarding the timing of your refund, please contact your financial institution.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns & Exchanges are not accepted on the following product types
Any Mystery item: Mystery Boxes, Myster Candles, and Crystal Confetti
Custom items: includes any item where a request was made by the customer to change a particular thing about our typical product.
Clasp or elastic bracelets: As these are of a specific size, we cannot accept returns if they do not fit you.
We will work out the details of the refund/return/exchange via email and ship your new item after receiving the original returned item back.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
All orders are shipped from Japan and are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese national holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of placing the order. Occasionally, depending on the availability of gemstones among other factors, orders can take longer. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you.
All orders are shipped via Japan Post or a courier that is available to us depending on the weight of the product. Also, all orders must be shipped to a physical address, please do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.
Shipping within Japan:
Please select your region within Japan to get the shipping rate. The shipping rate will be based on your area and the size and weight of your order.
Based on your region, orders are estimated to be delivered within the next day to 7 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19, transportation issues, or weather conditions. Please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.

We currently only ship to the United States of America and Canada. The shipping rate will vary depending on your country, the size, and the weight of your order.
Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7–25 business days. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19, transportation issues, customs, or weather conditions. Please allow an additional 1-4 weeks for delivery.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Payment methods that are currently available are Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards. Customers are expected to make payments at checkout. Paypal and Credit/Debit Card payments are processed immediately.
The price for each product is shown on each product page and already includes tax.
